Players will need to bring black shorts, black socks, shin guards, water, cleats, and running shoes.
The MINI REDS Program is a great introduction to soccer for children. Each week will cover a basic soccer skill, players will learn through a games-based approach. Practice consists of 4-5 game like activities providing lots of repetition and opportunities for experimentation with a scrimmage at the end of each practice. Skills covered include: ball mastery-turns, RWTB, dribbling, ball striking.
