Spring 21 Kit

Mini Reds Families,

After receiving feedback in the fall (Thank You), we are excited to improve the mini reds program by adjusting the structure a little. We wanted to increase the game time and form in-house mini teams named after our LFC Professional Role Models!

The first half of the session will continue to be technical and fun activity-based, with the second half being small-sided games where players will play in their designated teams. We are super excited to announce we have partnered with Frederick Soccer Supplies to create a unique kit for each player with a personalised number. These kits will be appropriate from season to season and give the kids a sense of team unity. (Both red and white recommended)

Our MINI REDS Program is a great introduction to soccer for children 5-6 years old. This program is parent volunteer coaches led with support from the LFC Technical Staff.

The program curriculum focuses on the development of FUNdamental soccer skills as well as basic motor skills. Overall this is a great foundational program for your child to learn more about the game of soccer. Children learn through game like activities in a fun and safe environment.

Just play format means the players are randomly selected into teams each week. This allows for greater social development as well as giving coaches the freedom to balance the teams for competition.

Just Play proceeds the class at 11.15 am. Those players who wish to stay and play are welcome!
