"We are delighted that Locomotive FC have agreed to become LFCIA Western Maryland and transition to playing 'The Liverpool Way'. The region is full of great players and we are looking forward to seeing them unite under the guidance of this very special club. From the very first discussions with David and Alan, it quickly became apparent that they were the right people to represent LFC in this region and their vast experience will be critical in helping these players and coaches fulfill their vast potential. This club will benefit players and coaches alike, in a way the region has never seen before. I am thrilled they have joined our Liverpool family." Jamie Darvill, President, Liverpool FCIA Maryland.

"We are absolutely delighted to bring the Liverpool FC International Academy to Western Maryland. Our goal has always been to provide our youth with the best training and competition, in order to maximize their development and love for the game. Parents of young aspiring soccer players more than ever before are insisting on environments that are highly organized and well planned. Every parent is looking for a soccer school with a proven history, we are delivering that to our players in Western Maryland. The I-70 & I-81 soccer community is extremely fortunate that a European Club of Liverpool FC's caliber and reputation has chosen it as a new home.
